Bartender

- 3+ years of bartenting experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing new cocktail recipes.
- Taking inventory
- Ensuring bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Performing bar setup and closing tasks
- Asist in general cleaning tasks

Cocktail Wait Staff
We are looking for energetic, attentive cocktail wait staff who are committed to providing a high-quality experience to our customers. The responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent time. You should be a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails. To succeed you need to be be friendly, proactive, and efficient. Cocktail waitresses should also be passionate about the food and drinks they serve and creating a fun, enjoyable experience for every customer.
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year experience is preferred

Event Staff
We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of event staff. Event staff is responsible for working under the instructions of an event manager, assuming the role of ticket taker, welcoming guests, setting up tables, chairs, stage equipment, lighting, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties.
Moreover, event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.
