Thank you for purchasing from Sanctuary Cultural Arts Center. Please note the following Terms and Conditions.
All sales are final. No request for cancellations, exchanges or refunds is accepted.
If your tickets are “held at will call”, they will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office will open no later than 60 minutes before show time. We advise you to arrive early to allow for parking and avoid the last minute rush.
You must have the credit card you used for the purchase with you for identification. If someone else is picking up the tickers, either that same credit card or a photocopy of it with an authorization note from you must be presented. A copy of your order confirmation and the confirmation number would also be welcome and helpful.
In the event a performance if either cancelled or postponed, Sanctuary will make every effort to contact patrons via email, time permitting.
While Sanctuary regrets the inconvenience cause by these circumstances, Sanctuary cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement of cancellation may incur. Similarly, Sanctuary cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
All patrons purchasing from Sanctuary Cultural Arts Center must do so in light of the above limitations.
Refunds on tickets purchased are made for a cancelled or postponed event only.
